Josh Flagg Reveals Why He and Andrew Byer Really Broke Up: "He's a Great Guy, But..."
Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent Josh Flagg also gushed about his new relationship with "a fabulous guy."
After filming wrapped on Season 14 of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, Josh Flagg went through a major change in his personal life. The real estate agent, who currently works at Compass, highlighted his relationship with fellow agent Andrew Beyer on the fourteenth season, but the pair parted ways once the cameras went down.
In the months since Josh and Andrew called it quits, the two have publicly stayed fairly mum on what exactly led to their breakup. However, on the July 25 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Josh confirmed that their age difference played a major role in their split.
"Andrew is about 13 years younger than I am, and we're just [in] different places in our [lives]," he explained on the late night talk series. "He's a great guy, but we're just in different places."

Who is Josh Flagg dating?
Josh shared on WWHL that he's in a new relationship following his split from Andrew. "I am now with somebody very special who is [in] New York [and] LA, and I'm now in New York and LA," the luxury real estate agent explained about how he's been bicoastal as of late. "We spend a couple weeks here in New York a month, and a couple weeks there."
Josh didn't share any other details about his beau on the show, like his name, occupation, or how they met; however, he did say that his boyfriend is "a fabulous guy."
The MDLLA cast member previously hinted at his relationship status in an Instagram Story he shared back in June 2024. In the Story, which you can check out below, Josh can be seen cozying up to a mystery man while the two are dining outside together. Josh is standing in the post and leaning on his boyfriend, who is sitting down.
The pair also coordinated their looks. Josh is wearing a white button down, white pants, and a white hat in the images, while his date is wearing a knitted off-white short-sleeve button down with a white tank top underneath.
