Who's Better at Cooking? #MDLLA's David and James Try and Figure It Out

The agents break down some of their skills outside of brokering real estate deals.

Viewers who tune in to see James Harris and David Parnes woo and charm clients on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles might be curious to know what else this real estate duo are good at. Or, more specifically, what each of them might be better at more than the other. Lucky for us, those mysteries are now being revealed.

How to Watch

Watch Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles on Peacock and the Bravo App.

Turns out James is better driver and he also takes a lot shorter to get ready. "I’m 45 minutes down to the second," he told Buzzfeed. (We guess that's short.) James also isn't shy when it comes to talking up his flirting skills. "I’m fantastic at flirting. My wife disagrees but she knows I’m a good boy so I’ll say me. [David] has no comment because he just got engaged."

But what was really intriguing, was finding out who could cook better. The answer, it seems, is that they are both Top Chef contenders in their own right-- and they each have some really delicious-sounding signature dishes. Per David, he does "amazing barbecue" "and can boil an egg though, really well." James, on the other hand, is all about omelettes and racks of lamb. He's also a bit skeptical that boiling an egg makes you a master in the kitchen. He said, "Very exciting. You put this egg in a saucepan and you let the water boil for three minutes so I think based on that — me." Well, either way, can we stop by your places for dinner?

Until we score that invite, we'll just be watching one of their highlights from this current season of MDLLA.
