James Harris and David Parnes reunite with Josh Flagg on a new business venture
In addition to joining Carolwood Estates for their new real estate venture, James and David have another project in the works. According to The Hollywood Reporter, James and David are joining Estate Media, a real estate-focused media company co-founded in 2023 by Josh, Griffin O'Brien, and Andrew Shanfeld.
Per the company's website, Estate Media "brings together luxury real estate's biggest personalities" to deliver digital media through podcasts, videos, a newsletter, and social content that "entertains and informs." James and David have agreed to make original content for the company while the media company will also oversee their newsletter and podcast, The Blueprint.

When James and David announced their latest career ventures in an Instagram post on February 21, their former MDLLA castmates Tracy Tutor and Fredrik Eklund were sure to give their thoughts on the matter.
"You guys will always be super successful wherever you are," Fredrik wrote in the comments section, while Tracy gushed, "Thrilled for you guys."

In the aforementioned joint Instagram post, James and David shared the details of their career news in a lengthy caption
"After a decade of remarkable growth and achievement, we bid farewell to The Agency and announce our new partnership with esteemed colleagues at Carolwood Estates. As proud contributors to The Agency’s legacy of excellence and innovation in the real estate industry, our team is grateful for the unwavering support and collaboration of our colleagues, clients, and partners," the duo wrote. "Reflecting on the past decade, we are humbled by the incredible growth, meaningful relationships, and numerous milestones we have shared together. We express our sincere appreciation to The Agency’s leadership team and staff for their guidance, mentorship, and camaraderie throughout our journey."
They added: "As we look forward, we are excited to embark on this new chapter, further aligning us with like-minded professionals dedicated to excellence and client-centric service.
