It's Whitney Rose vs. Everyone in an Explosive RHOSLC Preview: "That was a F-cking Lie"

A first look at the Season 5 premiere of RHOSLC shows major tension between Whitney Rose and her castmates.

How to Watch

Watch the Season 5 premiere of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City tonight on Bravo and stream next day on Peacock and the Bravo App.

Season 4 of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City ended with one of the most shocking, dramatic (and, yes, iconic!) finales in Housewives history. But rest assured, as the video above shows, there will be no shortage of explosive drama when the Utah ladies return for Season 5 on September 18

The clip, which is a preview of the RHOSLC Season 5 premiere, begins with Whitney Rose telling Lisa Barlow, "I have not done anything besides calling you a villain." Lisa quickly retorts, "You want me to be your villain? I'll be your villain."

The tension escalates when Whitney declares, "I am not a liar. Do not come after my character, Lisa. I have never lied," causing the other ladies to weigh in.

Heather Gay laughs at Whitney's comment and explains in a confessional, "I love Whitney, but this is what drives me crazy: She spins the truth so it fits her own narrative where she can do no wrong. I've seen Whitney do this time and again and it's incredibly frustrating."

Whitney asks the group to "name one thing" she had lied about, and they waste no time responding.

"You lied about me in the book," Heather says before Meredith adds, "You accused me of lying about my father's memorial ...That was the most hurtful thing a friend has ever done to me."

"You have accused everyone in our core group of having affairs," Meredith continues. As Heather, Meredith, and Lisa begin to shout in unison about their respective grievances, Whitney looks frustrated.

The group begins to quiet down, but as Heather reflects on one specific incident, she concludes, "That was a f-cking lie, which makes you a liar."

What to Expect from Whitney Rose on Season 5 of RHOSLC

It seems this will be one of many arguments for Whitney and her castmates this season. According to Whitney's official BravoTV.com bio, she "finds herself at odds with many of the women."

"When harmful rumors about her jewelry line circle the group, she confronts the women to find the source," the blurb continues. "As tensions rise, the husbands get roped into the women’s fights, causing things to get heated between Justin [Rose] and John [Barlow]. Whitney introduces the women to her friend Meili [Workman], who quickly gets thrown into the fire when Lisa shares a rumor about her shopping habits."
