Still to Come on Married to Medicine Season 10

We’re halfway through Married to Medicine Season 10, and the drama is heating up amongst the ladies and their guys. Here’s a sneak peek at what to expect for the rest of the season.

How to Watch

Watch Married to Medicine premiering November 24 on Bravo. Now streaming on Peacock and the Bravo App.

In the new trailer, Phaedra is seen sharing her holistic side with the ladies, including meditation, sound bowls, energy, and listening to their inner selves so they can, “relax and feel the great energy and positivity.” Exactly how long those good vibes will last is up in the air.

Looks like things get rough, though, when Dr. Jackie urges Sweet Tea to get something off her chest, because she yells, “F--k you, bitch,” and everyone’s faces dropped. The next clip comes with Dr. Heavenly and Dr. Simone calling each other names. Looks like the positivity went out the window.

To celebrate 10 years of friendship on the show, the cast heads to Hilton Head, South Carolina, for their annual couples trip. Things get a little interesting when Dr. Heavenly reveals at the table that she’d let her husband Damon Kimes give her a golden shower.

“Why not?” she asks the ladies at the table as they gasp.

There's also a tease for the showdown we’ve been waiting for: Quad and Dr. Gregory come face to face at Dr. Jackie’s event for medical professionals. They seem to speak cordially, but how long will the exes remain polite to each other?

Meanwhile, Sweet Tea and Dr. Greg are already working on a baby, and she’s urging him to go to the doctor to get his sperm count checked. “Your man is shooting duds,” Dr. Heavenly says as Sweet Tea tells her not to talk about her man.

The men aren’t without their own set of drama, of course. Dr. Alicia Egolum’s husband, Dr. Nkemakonam Egolum, is seen telling the men they need to man up. Dr. Alicia takes up for him saying, “he’s very opinionated just like you,” as she points to Toya.

The trip has another awkward spin, because Hilton Head was apparently the setting for the affair that Curtis had when he cheated on Dr. Jackie a few years ago. “This is not about coming here to air dirty laundry on anybody,” Curtis says to the group. As the clip ends, Toya is seen saying “keep your ass away from my man.” Dr. Jackie asks if she invited whoever Toya is speaking to into her bed. “I did, for me,” Toya says with a laugh.

I guess we’ll find out who was going to help spice things up between Toya and Eugene as the season continues. Hopefully the positivity and good vibes Phaedra is trying to instill in the women work out.

Watch Season 10 of Married to Medicine on Sundays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo.
