Vanderpump Rules' Katie Maloney shared an update on her relationship with Tom Schwartz on the Season 11 premiere.
Since finalizing their divorce in October 2022, Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz have managed to stay friendly with each other. However, things between the former spouses took a bit of a deep dive on Season 10 of Vanderpump Rules, which strained their relationship.
On the Season 11 premiere of the series, which aired on January 30, Katie provided an update on where things currently stand with her and Tom, including their co-parenting relationship with their two dogs, Butter and Gordo.

During the episode, Katie briefly stopped by Tom’s apartment to pick up their shared furry pals. Though Katie had no intentions of staying long, Schwartz proposed that she “chill for a sec” to catch up.
Right after, in a confessional, Katie opened up about how her friendship with Tom is basically non-existent. “After 12 years together, five of which we were married, I’m happy to say that Schwartz is not my problem anymore, “she said. “Besides from the dogs, Tom doesn’t get any access to my life.”

Katie then went on to explain what led her to take a step back in her dynamics with Tom. “Last summer, the way he spoke about me, that’s not how my friends treat me. So the power dynamic shift is me saying, ‘no.’”

Katie and Tom may only be in contact about their pups, but they’ll soon find themselves in a "love triangle.". As teased in the Vanderpump Rules Season 11 trailer, Katie and Tom appear to be sparking interest in singer Tori Keeth. That’s right – the exes are spotted kissing Tori on different occasions.
What’s more, Katie and Tom recently addressed the situation, sharing that they were surprised to each build a connection with the same person. When speaking to Us Weekly about the incident, Tom joked that it was a “magnetic pull or shift” that caused him to end up a “parallel universe.”
Katie, on the other hand, admitted that while she “didn’t plan” on being involved in a complicated situationship, she wasn’t going down with a fight. “I was like, what am I gonna do, just be like, ‘Oh, why don’t you guys just [go ahead]?’”, she said. “I’m like, ‘No, I like her too, so I’m going to hang out with her too. And whoever she likes more, I guess she’ll just [decide].’”
