Tracy Tutor is ready for her next chapter following her divorce from Jason Maltas as she lists the home they once shared this season of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles (clip above). Now it sounds like the future looks bright for Tracy's love life as well.

How to Watch

Watch Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles on Peacock and the Bravo App.

Tracy gave an update on her dating life while appearing with her fellow MDLLA agents on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen: @ Home on July 7. "I'm happy. I'm seeing somebody, and it's going fabulously," she shared. "I'm having a really good time."

James Harris then pointed out, "Your skin is glowing. You're looking good, Trace," to which she teased of her new man, "He happens to be making my skin glow."

Andy Cohen asked Tracy if she was seeing a dermatologist, and she replied, "Or my trainer."

Tracy hasn't identified who this new special someone in her life is yet, but we definitely can't wait to meet him.

Tracy first announced that she and her husband would be getting a divorce at the end of Season 10 of MDLLA, her first season on the show. However, Tracy revealed during the July 1 episode of E! News' Just the Sip podcast that she had actually been thinking about ending her marriage for some time before that. "I didn't get divorced because I was on a reality show, I got divorced because I've been thinking about getting divorced for three years prior to that," she said. "And it took me that long to actually jump off the fence and do it."

Tracy noted that watching the show back made her realize that she ultimately wanted to move forward with a divorce. "At that point, I was ready to make that decision and I think he was too," she shared. "And I think looking back it was probably, even though he was so mad at me for wanting to do the show, the best decision for us."
