Jax Taylor Knew He Had to Get Schwartz's Brothers to His Wedding, Even If He Got "Livid" Along the Way

Forget the typical registry items, when it came time to get Tom Schwartz the perfect wedding present, Jax Taylor and Tom Sandoval knew exactly what to do. So they worked together to get Tom's triplet brothers, Bert, Billy, and Brandon, to his California nuptials to Katie Maloney-Schwartz. No matter what obstacles got in the way. And believe us, there were obstacles. "It came really, really close to not happening," Jax teased. "It really did. And I was livid."

Tom Schwartz's Brothers Miss Their Flight

Despite a few setbacks, Jax was determined to pull the surprise off. "We were trying to figure out what to get Tom for his wedding present and we didn't want to get him a gift. We wanted to get him something that he really, really wanted and Tom was really up high on the budget for the wedding but he really wanted to have his brothers there," the Vanderpump Rules bartender recalled to The Daily Dish. "But it was a little bit too much to spend."

That's when Jax knew that he had the right gift idea right up his sleeve, but only if he could get his other BFF on board to make it all work out. "I approached Tom Sandoval like, 'Why don't we fly in his brothers? Why don't we go get them suits? Go get them haircuts. Fly them in, get them hotels, and surprise him,'" Jax said. "'Cause he wanted to have his brothers there, but it wasn't in the budget. So we surprised him with that and I knew I could get Tom to break down and cry when he saw his brothers 'cause he loves his brothers to death. He loves his family. So that was a huge thing for us."
