Sandoval & Schwartz Tour a $15K-Per-Month House in Unseen Vanderpump Rules Moment
Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval debated making a "major financial commitment" on Peacock's Vanderpump Rules: Secrets Revealed episode.
Vanderpump Rules viewers have watched throughout Season 11 (and in the After Show video above) as Tom Schwartz debated moving in with Tom Sandoval. Although Schwartz has changed his mind on the subject numerous times, he was considering the move seriously enough that he and Sandoval toured a potential new home together.
On a special Vanderpump Rules: Secrets Revealed episode streaming exclusively on Peacock, Schwartz and Sandoval went to see a recently remodeled house in Studio City with a putting green in the backyard.
Schwartz declared, "Holy sh-t this is nice" as he toured the large bedrooms, but he also had some thoughts on the exterior. "Outside it was a little like Leave It to Beaver," he said.
Schwartz initially turned down Sandoval's offer to move into the house he shared with Ariana Madix because his monthly payment would be $6,000 per month. However, the house they toured together in the episode would be even more.
"Ballpark, our mortgage on this would be like $15,000 a month," Schwartz said, noting that would be $7,500 for each of them. When one of the real estate agents showing them the property replied, "Somewhere around there," Schwartz declared, "That's gross."
"There's a lot of factors we still have to consider before we really do this because it's a major, major financial commitment," Schwartz added in an episode interview. "We could work on stuff together. We can write some of the space off [and] work together on making as much money as possible."

Are Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval moving in together?
Although they haven't yet moved in together, it seems the idea is still on the table.
On a May episode of the Balancing Act with Kristen Doute and Luke Broderick podcast, Schwartz said that instead of paying rent to a landlord, "I'd rather give [Sandoval] some of my money, have a little backyard, a pool, and chill out there while I build my house in Florida."
Still, he noted, "It for sure wouldn't be anything long-term...I'm thinking it would be fun one last time before we get too old, we get hitched, have kids, you know, maybe it'd be fun to live together."
That being said, during the Secrets Revealed episode, Schwartz expressed his hesitation.
"I have some qualms about moving in with him," he admitted. "According to the internet, they think it's a terrible decision and will reflect poorly on me and might stunt my growth as an individual, but I think it'll be fun."
Sandoval, meanwhile, was ready to make the move, quipping, "Me and Schwartz in a house. I always knew the two of us would eventually end up together."
