Tom Schwartz Reveals the Special Lady Who Walked the Creative Arts Emmys Red Carpet with Him

Tom Schwartz just hit the red carpet with a very special date. And, no, it wasn’t his girlfriend, Sophia Skoro.
The Vanderpump Rules cast member stepped out Saturday night (September 7) to attend the 2024 Creative Arts Emmys alongside his mom, Kimberly Schwartz. Tom documented the evening in a series of Instagrams, beginning with a behind-the-scenes look at his mother’s glam process.

The post showed Kimberly sitting in Tom’s new apartment as she got her hair and makeup done by Alex Henrichs and Tracy Raffelson, respectively. The footage also provided a look at the home’s open-concept layout, which combined Tom's minimalist kitchen and his spacious living room.
Tom returned to Instagram several hours later to share his mom’s final awards show look. Mama Schwartz stunned in a simple yet chic black dress with stone detailing around the scoop neckline. She completed the outfit with a matching quarter-sleeve bolero jacket, a sparkly statement necklace, a bangle, and an updo with curtain bangs.
“Didn’t know there was a category for best Mom,” Tom captioned a photo of his mom posing next to an Emmys statue.

Tom also showed off his dapper ensemble for the big night. The Minnesota native hit the red carpet in a Marcello Collection single-breasted navy suit with black lapels. He rounded out the look — styled by Elana and Dina Solomon — with a white button-down, a black bowtie, Ace Marks lace-up shoes, a Kyle Chan signet ring, and a gold chain brooch by Baby Gold.

Tom attended the awards show to represent Vanderpump Rules, which was nominated for Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program. Tom’s ex-wife, Katie Maloney, also attended the event alongside their castmate Ariana Madix.
The ladies — who were among the night’s presenters — looked absolutely incredible in all-black outfits. Katie showed up in a plunging sleeveless dress with subtle ruching details, while Ariana turned heads in a strapless gown with a dramatic sweetheart neckline.
Katie shared several photos and videos of the ceremony, including an amusing clip of Ariana and her boyfriend, Daniel Wai. The footage showed the Broadway star sitting at their dinner table before leaning into Daniel to tell him something.
