Tom Sandoval Reveals Where He Stands with Jax Taylor After Their Recent Reunion
The Schwartz & Sandy's co-owner also shared a major career update.
The last time viewers caught up with Jax Taylor on Vanderpump Rules Season 8, he was not in a good place in his long-standing friendship with Tom Sandoval.
Sandoval's friendship with Jax hit a rough patch when the latter former SUR bartender was getting married back in 2019.
Over the years, both Sandoval and Jax maintained separate friendships with Tom Schwartz, and the three reunited shortly after Thanksgiving. Now, Sandoval is sharing an update on where things stand with his former best friend, Jax, today.
Are Tom Sandoval and Jax Taylor friends today?
Jax, Sandoval, and Schwartz, got together at Schwartz & Sandy's on November 23. "Got the band back together," Schwartz shared in an Instagram Story featuring a photo of the three at the bar/restaurant.
When Schwartz appeared on an episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen just a few days later, he gushed about the get-together.
"I gotta be honest, those are two of my best friends on the planet," Schwartz said to host Andy Cohen. "Andy, you know this. And I love them like brothers, like family, and I kind of feel like a child of divorce sometimes. It felt really good to have them back together for the holidays, all warm and cozy."
Fast-forward to December, and Sandoval is sharing his perspective on the reunion.
"It was great, you know," Sandoval said in an interview with Us Weekly about seeing Jax. "He seems to be doing really well, and it's good to see him."
Plus, as producers revealed during BravoCon 2023, Jax and Sandoval will be spending some time together on Vanderpump Rules Season 11 (which will premiere on Bravo on January 30).
“There’s going to be this amazing moment with Jax Taylor, where he has the opportunity to talk, for lack of a better word, to Tom Sandoval,” producer Sheonna Mix teased.
Tom Sandoval Shares a Massive Career Update
Amid a year of many changes, Tom Sandoval is closing the year out with some positive news about his podcast, Everybody Loves Tom.
On December 22, Sandoval dropped the "super fun" final podcast episode of the year. He then revealed that he has plans to continue making the show in the new year.
"We’ve been having such a blast making this show and can’t wait to make it even bigger and better in 2024!" he teased.
