Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix's living situation is about to get even more complicated based on a new preview for Vanderpump Rules Season 11, Episode 10 (set to air Tuesday, April 2). The reason? Tom's assistant, Ann Maddox.
Why Ariana Madix Wants to "Poach" Tom Sandoval's Assistant, Ann Madox
The above sneak peek shows Ann sitting down for a conversation with Ariana, who, as fans may recall, previously stated that she was "on the verge of full burnout" and in need of an assistant — at which point Ann volunteered herself. Fast-forward to Episode 10, and Ariana seems to be taking Ann up on her offer.
As Ariana explains in the preview clip, "Things might get a little rough with my roommate if I poach his assistant, but, I mean, he didn't respect me enough to not f-ck my friend while I was at my grandma's funeral, so I should be stealing his assistant gleefully."

Later on, Ariana notes that should she hire Ann, the role would consist of them "working together in a way."
Ann's take on the matter? "I would love to work for an amazing girl boss."
Tom Sandoval's Assistant Ann Madox Explains Her Job Duties
Summarizing Ann's role as Tom's assistant, Ariana says, "Typically your situation is you come here at 11 [and] you're here all day, whether there's stuff to do or not."
So, in a sense, Ann "get[s] paid to hang out with Mya," Tom and Ariana's dog, "and just chill," she adds with a laugh.
Ann agrees, but with a caveat. "It does have its cons," she says of being Tom's assistant. "Sometimes I have to pick up his dirty socks and underwear."
"I look forward to the times when I get to do more administrative stuff," Ann adds. "Like, that would be amazing."

Unbeknownst to Ariana and Ann, Tom is eavesdropping on their conversation in the Vanderpump Rules sneak peek. And suffice to say, he's not happy.
"I mean, Ariana already got all of our friends — now she has to take my assistant?" he says in a confessional interview. "She could have anybody she wants work for her."
