Melissa Gorga Says She's "Grown Apart" From Kathy Wakile and Rosie Pierri
The #RHONJ fashionista weighs in on Teresa Giudice's drama with her cousins.
The rift between Teresa Giudice and her cousins, Kathy Wakile and Rosie Pierri, has raged on for several seasons of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. And Melissa Gorga seems to have gotten caught in the middle of it, since Teresa is her sister-in-law and she remains friendly with Kathy and Rosie.
However, one Watch What Happens Live viewer accused Melissa of switching sides this season during Sunday night's live show, saying that it seemed like she stood up for Kathy and Rosie in the past, but "now she's dropping them like a box of rocks for Teresa" (clip above).
Melissa addressed this question on WWHL, disagreeing with the viewer about the"box of rocks" part. "You know what, I'm not dropping them. I feel like we have grown apart. I'm not gonna lie about that," she told Andy Cohen. "They actually stopped calling to start that off. I don't know. Sometimes people grow apart. We didn't have a big fight. I love them very much. They are family to us."
The boutique owner also said that she has nothing to do with the tension between the cousins. "I feel like what goes on between them and Teresa, though, runs deep down the line before I was even around, generations," she said.
Luckily, Teresa, Kathy, and Rosie seemed to find closure during Sunday night's episode of RHONJ. Relive the emotional sit-down, below.
