Southern Charm New Orleans' Reagan Charleston Shares What's Next for Her Career After Graduating Law School
The NOLA Charmer has big plans for the future.
Reagan Charleston is one step closer to becoming a lawyer! The Southern Charm New Orleans cast member graduated from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law on Saturday, May 12.
This season of Southern Charm New Orleans, fans have watched as Reagan has had to juggle her marriage, her friendships, and growing her jewelry line, all while working hard to earn her law degree. She even found an apartment closer to school in the French Quarter where she would go to study and stay when she had classes on weekdays, which has caused some tension in her relationship with husband Jeff Charleston.
Reagan recently told PEOPLE that "everything fell apart" right as the season began. "It hit the fan, let’s put it that way. I was in the middle of my second year of law school, which is arguably the most difficult. Jeff and I had tremendous problems with his family," she explained. "It took a toll on us, and it was very difficult but I found that school had become sort of an outlet. Watching that, I can see that I don’t feel like myself and I can see in some moments that I was upset. So that’s been tough.”
Reagan celebrated her major achievement on Instagram over the weekend, posting some pics from her graduation and a party thrown in her honor. Her fellow New Orleans Charmers were all in attendance for her graduation party, including Jeff, Tamica Lee, Barry Smith, Jon Moody, and Justin Reese. Justin's girlfriend Kelsey and Reagan's sister Reina were also there to show their support.
While at law school, Reagan has been working as a law clerk for the Louisiana Solicitor General's Office. “I feel like I’m just getting started professionally,” Reagan told PEOPLE. “I’ve had my company for five years now but I’m just finishing my law degree, I have to study for the bar, and I would like to open my practice.”
We have a feeling big things are on the horizon for Reagan.
Now that Reagan has aced her law school finals, can one of the newest Bravolebs on the block slay this test of all things Bravo? Find out, below.
