Shannon Storms Beador and Daughter Sophie Go on a Double Date with Their Boyfriends
The RHOC cast member experienced some major firsts while visiting her eldest child at college.
Shannon Storms Beador had an extra-special time visiting daughter Sophie Beador at college over the weekend.
The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member shared a recap of her trip on Instagram on November 15, which featured a collection of photos from the mother-daughter reunion. They were also joined by Shannon's boyfriend, John Janssen, and Sophie's BF, Reese Perry. The couples even took in a football game at Sophie's college, Baylor University in Waco, Texas, for a little double date.
Shannon gushed more about the trip in the caption to her Instagram post, describing the highlights featured in the photos she shared. "So much fun visiting [Sophie] this weekend! Saw my first [Baylor football] game, spent time with Sophie’s friends, met the Perry family, and tailgated with so many kind Texans!" Shannon wrote. "Can’t wait to go back!"
"SO FUN HAVING YOU HERE!!! Come back soon," Sophie replied in the comments section of the post, to which Shannon responded, "Miss you already!"
Sophie also shared a photo from the football game with her mom in her Instagram Stories with the caption, "The best visitor!!!!"
This isn't the first time that Shannon and John have spent time with Sophie and Reese. Sophie's boyfriend previously joined them, along with Shannon's twin daughters, Stella and Adeline, on a trip to Nashville in August to support Shannon's Real for Real Lemon-Aid Stand.
Reese also tagged along on Sophie's visit back home to the OC in October, which Shannon called "so much fun" and "a perfect day" on Instagram at the time.
It certainly looks like Shannon approves of her daughter's beau, posting another snap of the pair at Sophie's sorority formal earlier this fall. "Love that she is having a ball in college!" Shannon said of her daughter in the caption to the post.
Of course, Sophie's Instagram is also full of cute pics of the couple.
As for Shannon's own dating life, she and John have been together for two-and-a-half years, and the RHOC couple is as strong as ever these days. "I am so blessed to have you in my life! You make my world so much brighter!" Shannon gushed about John in an Instagram post in honor of his birthday on October 30. "Cheers to an incredible year ahead!"
