The past two months have been a difficult time for Jeana Keough’s family. In the beginning of May, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum’s ex-husband, Matt Keough, passed away. The tragic news came just weeks after Jeana and Matt’s daughter, Kara Keough Bosworth, lost her newborn son, McCoy, days after his birth.

Jeana’s son, Shane, recently shared a touching tribute to his family. In a series of photos of the Keough family, he celebrated some of their favorite moments throughout the years.

“A compilation of the past and the ones that keep it all together,” he captioned the post, which began with a sweet photo of Shane, Kara, Jeana and Colton.

Shane has showcased many of the family’s happiest memories together lately, including a throwback photo of the family from his childhood. “The good ole days,” he wrote.

Shortly after Matt’s passing, Shane posted a heartbreaking message to his late father. “My favorite place was always on your shoulders. It makes me smile knowing McCoy will be there with you; right there on your shoulders,” he wrote. “It wasn’t always perfect but I wouldn’t change it for the world. You taught me more than you’ll ever know and I hope that I make you proud. Kick back and enjoy the eternal sunshine. Till I see you again, I love you dad.”

Earlier this month, Andy Cohen showed his support for the family. “My heart goes out to the Keough family today,” he tweeted. “They have really been through it the last couple weeks. Sending them virtual love.”
