Emily Simpson's Twins Turned 9 and Their Birthday Cake Is What Kids' Dreams Are Made Of
The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member's twins are growing up and celebrating in an adorable way.
Emily Simpson is a very devoted mother to her three kids — twin sons, Luke and Keller Simpson, and her daughter Annabelle Simpson — with her husband, Shane Simpson.
The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member and mom does everything she can for her three babies — whether she's homeschooling them, taking them on a cruise to Mexico (all by herself), or playing "momager" for her daughter's modeling career.
Birthdays are no exception to this devotion. Emily took to her Instagram Story on Feb. 15, where she shared a glimpse at the at-home celebration for her little boys, which included one dreamy-looking birthday cake, shared between the two of them.

Emily Simpson's twins' 9th birthday cake
Although they might have celebrated their birthday at home, Emily did not hold back when it came to her twins' birthday cake.
Emily posted one photo to her Instagram Story of her sons' shared birthday cake on Feb. 15. The white buttercream cake was decorated with multicolored edible Lego pieces, including a colorful border around the decor. "Happy 9th Birthday Luke [and] Keller!" the piped frosting on top of the cake read.
Emily also shared a video of the twins being sung "Happy Birthday" by their family members, blowing out their "9" shaped candles, and putting the finishing touches on their Lego sculptures that were sitting beside their birthday cake.
Emily's sons love their Legos. In an August 2023 home tour, as seen in the video above, Emily gave a glimpse into Luke and Keller's room, which involved a lot of toys and a lot of Lego bricks sitting on the floor.

Although Emily's daughter isn't afraid of being in the spotlight, both Luke and Keller are a little more shy when it comes to the camera. The twin boys aren't always the subject of her Instagram posts, but when Emily does post about them, she only has the sweetest things to say about them.
"I've quietly snuck into their room almost every night since they were born just to look at them, cover them up more, rub their cheeks, and stare at their angel faces," she wrote in a post from January 2023.

Emily wasn't only celebrating her twins this week. She and Shane celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary on Valentine's Day, where they went shopping for kitchen items and had a romantic dinner at The Cheesecake Factory while wearing sweatpants.
Although it wasn't a fancy, dressed-up dinner, it was the perfect date night for the couple.
"It's our 15-year anniversary," Emily said in a video, posted to her Instagram Story on Feb. 14. "After 15 years of marriage, and you go out to dinner, this is how you dress."
