Here's the One Thing Mary Cosby Regrets Sharing on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City
It has to do with a certain relative of the RHOSLC cast member — but not the one you're thinking of.
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast has been an open book in their inaugural season on Bravo, including Mary Cosby, who has let fans in to every aspect of her life, from the unconventional start to her marriage to her visceral reaction to hospital smells to her aversion to sparkling water. However, there is one thing Mary said she regrets sharing on RHOSLC this season.
During a game of "Do! You! Regret It!?" in the January 6 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen (clip above), the titular talk show host asked Mary if she regretted some of the buzziest moments of the season, including her drama with Jen Shah and some of her sartorial choices. But the only comment Mary wanted to take back had to do with her housekeeper, Charlinda, who is also her relative.
Earlier this season of RHOSLC, Mary introduced us to Charlinda. "Charlinda is my grandmother's brother's daughter, and she's been with me for like 20-something years. I had Robert [Mary's son], and she came over to give Robert a present and fell in love and didn't leave," Mary said in an interview on RHOSLC, before noting about her relationship with Charlinda, "We're not close at all. Like, I don't know her life and what she does outside of what she helps me with. But at the end of the day, we're family."
Mary said on WWHL that she misspoke about her relationship with Charlinda on RHOSLC. "I regret not conveying that the proper way, because I know all about Charlinda," she explained. "So [I] maybe regret the way I expressed it. Yes, I do."
We expect the Salt Lake City Housewife to have even more thoughts on Season 1 of RHOSLC once she actually watches it. Mary confirmed during the WWHL After Show that she "hasn't seen the episodes."
