Keiarna Stewart Is More Than Just a "Kiki" and BFF to Wendy Osefo: Inside Her Beauty Industry Career
The Real Housewives of Potomac friend is a successful entrepreneur with two beauty companies in the DMV area.
Not only did Season 8 of The Real Housewives of Potomac introduce viewers to new 'Wife Nneka Ihim, but we were also getting to know Keiarna Stewart, who just happens to be good friends with Wendy Osefo.
“You have to meet Keiarna. Actually, two doors over from here is her MedSpa wellness thing,” Wendy told Candiace Dillard Bassett when bringing Keiarna into the group. “She is a kiki [and] she’s good time.”
Speaking of Keiarna’s business, aptly named K Stewart Beauty & Wellness, fans got a glimpse into the establishment on Season 8, Episode 16 of RHOP, which aired on March 10. During the episode, Candiace and Wendy stopped by the med spa to test out laser hair removal.
Although Candiace and Wendy were nervous about the light procedure, they knew trusted that their friend would keep them in “good hands.”
“I've never had laser before,” Candiace admitted in a confessional interview. “I know that I’m in good hands because Keiarna is a professional [and] she has professional women around her.”

According to the company’s Instagram bio, K Stewart Beauty & Wellness is “Baltimore’s premier Medspa where beauty starts from the inside out.” The MedSpa offers several beauty services, including IV therapy, laser hair removal, Botox treatments, facials, and more.
Keiarna frequently shares posts on her company's social media page to showcase the various beauty procedures offered by K Stewart Beauty & Wellness. Some of the content features the entrepreneur in scrubs performing treatments on clients and trying out services herself.
Back in May 2023, Keira gave an update on her business by posting photos of herself on social media as it appeared that she was enjoying some downtime between customers. “The best business to mind is your own,” she wittingly captioned the Instagram post.

When the beauty maven isn’t at her wellness center, she’s running her hair company, Bali Weave Express. That’s right – Keiarna also considered herself to be a certified “weave slayer.”
Bali Weave Express “is a luxury destination and curated weave experience,” reads the company’s bio on Instagram.
