Ashley Darby Shares "It’s So Hard to Lower My Vibes These Days"
The RHOP cast member posted a life update, and it's really a must-see Instagram.
The Real Housewives of Potomac's Ashley Darby has a message for her fans, and she's sharing it alongside a joyful new video of her showing off her dance moves.
Ashley posted the video to Instagram this week and, alongside, captioned it, "Boom boom! It’s so hard to lower my vibes these days."
If you've been following Ashley on Instagram, you'll know this is hardly the first video she's posted that shows off her incredible dance skills. In another video posted several weeks ago, she shared another moment from one of her solo dance sessions, this time to Coi Leray and Nicki Minaj's "Blick Blick." "I can’t be in the skreets these days, so I give you - LIVING ROOM LITTY! (I learned this dance in 20 minutes, a new record!)," Ashley shared in the post.
Ashley often shares glamorous and fun updates about her life on Instagram. Last month, she posted a video of herself showing off her outfit and captioned it, "Hot Mom Summer is loading in 3, 2, 1…" Prior to that, she shared a photo of herself taken in Miami, where she's rocking one very sexy little black dress. "All things really just keep getting better," she wrote about a moment of herself posing in front of the city skyline.
And you know Ashley also can't miss the chance to share a new photo of her sons, Dean Michael Darby, 2, and Dylan Matthew Darby, 1, as she did back in April. "The perfect duo doesn’t exi— [exist]," she wrote. "These two angels have truly stolen my heart."
Ashley shared another life update back in April when she confirmed that she and husband Michael Darby were separating. "Almost eight years ago, when Michael and I said ‘I do,’ we anticipated sharing every single day together from that moment forward. Unfortunately, that is not our current reality. We have decided to separate. We are aware that there will be many speculative views as to why we have made this decision. People will be quick to assume that the causes were too much intrusion by reality TV into the most personal parts of our lives, age gap issues, cultural problems, or child-rearing differences. Pieces of all these may have affected our pure love for each other, but no one reason is the root cause of our mutual decision to go our separate ways," she said. "We are now both at very different stages in our lives and have different goals for our futures. We both want the other to achieve true happiness and fulfillment and feel that we cannot do this together."
At the time, her statement continued, "While our romantic bond is broken, we will always love and respect each other. We also know that true happiness can only be achieved by continuing to work together and putting our hearts and souls into raising our two beautiful boys, Dean and Dylan. They will always feel loved and supported, for they were truly created out of love. As this is a personal matter for us, we appreciate everyone who has been a part of our journey and ask for your continued support by respecting us as we go through this emotional situation.”
RHOP is streaming on Peacock and available on the Bravo app.
