Inside "The Billion Dollar Club": Look Into Erin Lichy’s Real Estate Firm
This Bravo Housewife is part of a team that has been called “the Marvel heroes of real estate.”
As they deftly juggle the constant demands of high-flying professional and personal lives, the six new cast members of Season 14 of The Real Housewives of New York City are all superwomen in their own right.
But when it comes to real estate, Erin Lichy actually has bragging rights to being part of an elite group that Forbes in 2020 called “Marvel heroes of real estate.” The Eklund Gomes Team’s $2 billion in transactions that year merited such colorful and dramatic language.
Erin doesn’t wield a magic hammer à la Thor to seal the deal; she relies on her career experience, education, and a keen gut instinct of a native New Yorker to get the job done in style.

Take a look at Erin’s firm that puts her in a league – if not a marvelous universe – of her own.
Erin Lichy’s Interior Design Firm
Born and raised in Manhattan, location, just like multitasking, is instinctual to Erin, a married mom of three who runs her interior design firm Homegirl. Like its founder, Homegirl is no one trick pony — the firm specializes in remodeling, project management, and more.
And with Erin's connections to contractors, agents, and more individuals in the area, her firm has all the tools it needs to make their clients feel at home.
More than that, Erin seeks to set an example within the, at times, cutthroat industry.
"Erin believes in empowering women in the real estate community, and tries whenever possible to hire female designers, protect managers, contractors, and more. She hopes to inspire more women to enter the industry and share their talents!" the firm's profile on Houzz reads.
Erin has been a real estate agent for over nine years, spending a part of that time flipping apartments and working on construction projects, both of which became passions for her. This inspired her to obtain her master’s degree in Sustainable Real Estate Development at New York University’s School of Professional Studies in 2013, a degree that is put to good use in her career.
Erin Lichy at Douglas Elliman Real Estate
In December 2018, Erin became a full-time agent at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, one of the nation’s largest independent residential real estate brokerages. Two years ago, she joined the Eklund Gomes Team at the same firm — a milestone she’s marked in her bio with a happy face in her LinkedIn bio.
Fredrik Eklund, a familiar face to fans of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing, and John Gomes launched Eklund Gomes a decade ago. Since then it has become an industry leader that refers to its “mega team” as “The Billion Dollar Club.” In 2022, the team pulled in $4-plus billion in transactions.
“Over the years we have grown in numbers as we have hired some of the best and most highly regarded agents in the business to join us on our journey,” the team’s web page notes.
That includes Erin, who has worked on Olympia, a luxury 76-condo high rise in Dumbo shaping up to be one of Brooklyn’s most expensive stretches of real estate, the Real Deal reported.
Her work on Homegirl goes hand-in-hand with real estate sales, with her Douglas Elliman profile noting, "With a fresh, detailed eye, Erin offers seasoned experience in renovation and staging to inspire a buyer’s vision."
Erin Lichy's Work Ethic, According to Fredrik Eklund
Her efforts in the real estate world haven't gone unnoticed, with boss Fredrik Eklund praising Erin's determination and grit.
"Erin is a CLOSER, and I don’t say that lightly," Fredrik told BravoTV.com via email. "I think it’s something about her voice, it has gravity, and people listen to her when she gives advice."
Fredrik has witnessed Erin close one of the "most difficult new development deals," describing her as being "crafty and convincing" when it comes to negotiating. He added, "And she is powerful yet means well, which is everything in real estate."
Plus, he said that Erin's a "No BS-er" — though viewers have no doubt seen that for themselves on RHONY.
