Teresa, Jennifer, Dolores, and Their Guys Join Forces for a Special Reason This 2022 Holiday Season
WWHL host Andy Cohen also stepped out to give back ahead of Thanksgiving this year.
The 2022 holiday season is upon us, and Bravolebs are stepping out to give back.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Teresa Giudice, Dolores Catania, and Jennifer Aydin, as well as their partners Luis “Louie” Ruelas, Paul Connell, and Dr. Bill Aydin, all joined forces and partnered to give out meals ahead of Thanksgiving.
According to Teresa’s rep, they provided 500 meals to New Jersey residents, with 150 meals delivered to the Center for Hope & Safety and 350 meals going to senior citizens at the Governor Paterson Towers. It was also a homecoming for Teresa and Dolores, who are from Paterson. Paterson Mayor Andre Sayegh joined everyone to help out.
Louie opened up about teaming up with the RHONJ ladies and their partners for the special cause in a statement to The Daily Dish:
“Philanthropy has been one of the most important elements throughout my many years as an entrepreneur. It is vital to support the communities that we live in, and Teresa and I are so blessed to have such beautiful [and] generous friends to partner with for this initiative,” he said, noting he was grateful for his friends and how they “all came together with us to provide meals, spend time, trade stories, and bring light to so many people. We are all grateful for this experience.”
Louie also posted about the event, writing, “Today was such a special day. Together, we came together to support [two] organizations that are doing so much good in New Jersey. We brought Thanksgiving meals to the Center for Hope & Safety in Rochelle [Park], NJ, which is an organization dedicated to rebuilding lives beyond domestic violence. One day soon, I will share my story of how meaningful places like this are to me and my family. We also provided meals to residents of Governor Paterson Towers, an apartment community for senior citizens. We laughed together, prayed together, shared stories, and deeply connected — it was truly an incredible day. Spreading so much love to all of you this holiday season.”
Jennifer also posted photos from the day and shared her memories of it. “Stronger in numbers! We brought Thanksgiving meals to the Center for Hope & Safety, an organization that helps those that are experiencing domestic violence, right here in Rochelle Park, NJ. And then we proceeded to the residents of the Governor Paterson Towers, a community for senior citizens where we made memories forever!” she wrote. “Thanks Be to Giving! Happy Thanksgiving!”
But they weren’t the only Bravolebs stepping out to give back this holiday season. Andy Cohen opened up about a day he spent helping Feeding America. The Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host was joined by America Ferrera for the day and later wrote, “Ahead of Thanksgiving, I spent an enriching afternoon handing out turkeys with [Feeding America and Urban Outreach Center of NYC].”
