Meet the Members of Louie’s Family Who Appeared on the RHONJ Season 13 Premiere
The Real Housewives of New Jersey episode introduced Luis “Louie” Ruelas’ parents, sisters, and more family members.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey made its highly anticipated return when Season 13 kicked off on February 7, and with it came several new faces. Among them? A few of Luis “Louie” Ruelas’ relatives, who made an appearance at Teresa Giudice’s 50th birthday party.

Teresa’s in-laws attended her celebratory dinner, and Luis Sr. even led the group in prayer. During it, he gave thanks for “the gift of Teresa” and asked that the new “extended family” be blessed and taken care of.
Over the years, Louie has shared several photos taken with his parents on social media. This past August, he took to Instagram to reveal that Luis Sr. had accomplished a major achievement. “My 76 year old father is 7 years sober today,” Louie wrote, adding a heart emoji. “Dad we are so proud of you! You inspire everyone around you. Love you Dad!”
He shared an equally sweet message on his mother’s birthday in 2021.

Teresa expressed her gratitude for Jennifer and Veronica while reflecting on the ongoing turmoil with her brother, Joe Gorga, and his wife, Melissa Gorga. Addressing her daughters Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana first, Teresa said, “Girls, tell the family, what did I say for my birthday? All I want?”
Gabriella responded, “Just for us to not fight.”
“Do you see what’s going on with me and my brother?” Teresa asked. “I don’t ever want you guys to go through that.”
Milania assured her that it wouldn’t, noting that “sisters are different.”
“I know, I wish I had a sister,” Teresa began before turning to Jennifer and Veronica. “I mean, I have sisters now!”
“Now that I have Louie’s family,” she added in a confessional, “I was filling that void that I [wasn’t] before.”
Teresa has previously been open about her appreciation of Louie’s sisters, as has Louie himself. He gushed about his close relationship with both his sisters and his brother, who lives in Florida, during the “Jersey Ladies & Their Men: Part 2” panel at BravoCon 2022.
“I have two sisters, who I adore,” Louie said after pointing out that one was in the audience. “We’ve all, as brothers and sisters, went out and have created our own career paths.”
Louie’s Son, Louie Jr.
One of Louie’s two sons, Louie Jr., could be seen helping his dad at the grill during the RHONJ premiere. The 18-year-old, who’s currently attending college, is close with his stepsisters and is often pictured with them on Instagram — most recently Milania, when Louie shared a photo of his son acting as her Instagram photographer.
“Teamwork makes the dream work — LOVE you guys,” the proud dad wrote of the two, adding, “Sibling love.”
