The Real Housewives of Miami Season 6 is far from over — in fact, the drama is heating up more than ever in the midseason trailer, which dropped on Dec. 20.
The preview featuring cast members Guerdy Abraira, Lisa Hochstein, Julia Lemigova, Dr. Nicole Martin, Alexia Nepola, and Larsa Pippen, as well as friends Kiki Barth, Adriana de Moura, and Marysol Patton, teases some of what's still to come this season, including a cast trip to Mexico, a few of the ladies' involvement in Miami Swim week, and of course, plenty of feuds, too.

Guerdy's Health Journey
After being diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this season, Guerdy is now expressing her doubts about her treatment plan. She tells her husband Russell in the trailer, "I'm just over it. I'm not doing the surgery."
Ana Quincoces' Return
Ana Quincoces, who was a full-time cast member on RHOM Season 2 and a friend for Season 3, is set to make a cameo on Season 6. Her return won't be well received by everyone, though, as she can be seen feuding with Marysol.
Alexia and Todd Have to Move
Alexia drops a bombshell with regards to her and Todd's living situation: "[We] have to move out in a couple of weeks." She's panicked, but much to her annoyance, Todd isn't. As she notes, "I just hate that you can be so calm about it."
Larsa Gets a Surprise from Marcus
Are Larsa and Marcus about to take the next step in their relationship? It's certainly possible, as he's shown presenting her with a box of jewelry and standing up mid-dinner.
Julia and Adriana Clash
Believe it or not, longtime friends Julia and Adriana also find themselves at odds at in the midseason trailer as the latter cast member says, "You knew about it too, so don't throw me under the bus." She then storms out, declaring, "I'm leaving. I'm not gonna lose my best friend."
Larsa and Lisa Turn on Each Other
Larsa and Lisa's friendship is being put to the test, too, as Larsa tells her she needs to apologize after being "an asshole." Lisa's response? "All last year, you were a complete asshole to everybody."
