Porsha Williams Had “No Thought in [Her] Mind” That Marlo Hampton Would Continue Their Drama at Dinner
The RHOA ladies unexpectedly had a heated conversation during a dinner in New Orleans with Big Freedia.
The ladies of The Real Housewives of Atlanta seemed to be surprised by Marlo Hampton on the April 4 episode, when she decided to address an issue that had previously been spoken about earlier that day with Porsha Williams. As the women enjoyed a dinner they cooked in New Orleans, Marlo asked their cooking instructor—the legendary Big Freedia—for advice on her situation with Porsha, which resulted in a heated conversation among the entire group. The Georgia peaches reflected on the night during the RHOA After Show, in the above clip available to Bravo Insiders.
“I didn’t understand why did Marlo feel like it was so important that Porsha shared everything with her? Because let’s be for real. All friends don’t tell each other everything they’ve got going on in their bedroom. I didn’t think it was anything wrong with Marlo asking, but she’s not guaranteed an answer,” Kandi Burruss weighed in during the After Show. “Just because Porsha doesn’t necessarily want to answer her doesn’t mean that they’re not friends. It just means that y’all are not friends on the level of her sharing everything with you.”
Cynthia Bailey also shared her opinion of how things went down.
“I really don’t know or understand the true dynamic of Marlo’s friendship with Porsha. It seemed like to me from the outside looking in, that there was some kind of friendship in place,” said Cynthia. “Real friendships are not going to end over something that could easily be a margarita and a conversation. That’s unfortunate.”
