Porsha Wiliams Jokes That Andy Cohen Is "Starting All Kinda Stuff" Between Her and Dennis McKinley
"OMG never watch WWHL with your [ex]," The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member said.
It sounds like things may have gotten a little awkward for Porsha Williams and ex Dennis McKinley, thanks to her most recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
Since Andy Cohen and Porsha were hanging out virtually with singer Jazmine Sullivan, who gave us the breakup anthem "Bust Your Windows," in the January 31 episode of WWHL, the host decided to play a round of "1, 2, Agree or Disagree" with statements all about dealing with your ex. The WWHL guests gave their honest opinions on everything from staying friendly with an ex, social media activity after a breakup, and if it's true that "the best way to get over someone is to get under someone else." Porsha confirmed her split from Dennis earlier in Season 13 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. However, the two have maintained a good relationship as they co-parent daughter Pilar Jhena McKinley, who turns 2 in March.
Porsha and Dennis are still so close, in fact, that they even watch WWHL together — and that particular episode of the talk show, to boot. "OMG never watch #WWHL with your [ex]," Porsha tweeted as the January 31 episode of WWHL aired. "Whew @Andy starting all kinda stuff."
Porsha and Dennis have gotten to be on good terms in Season 13 of RHOA. He even dropped her off to join the other RHOA ladies on their trip to Isle of Palms, South Carolina, which made her friends wonder about their current relationship status.
Porsha confirmed that she and Dennis talked about how they can move forward over dinner prior to the trip, but nothing romantic happened between them. "The end goal is co-parenting. I would like us to go so far as to say I would like us to be friends, but, you know, you can't say that too close after a breakup. It's like, 'I don't want to be your f--king friend,'" Porsha explained in an interview during the January 24 episode. "But one day, I hope that we can be friends."
She later revealed to Shamea Morton that she had been receiving text messages from Dennis during the trip in which he shared how much he will always love her. "Dennis sending all these messages about how he loves me, he wants to get back together, that's kind of sexy," Porsha said in an interview during the January 31 episode of RHOA. "Not sexy in, like, 'I want to have sex' way, but in a sexy way, like, it's flattering."
