Listen up, because Heather Dubrow and Dr. Terry Dubrow have spoken out about the big news that BFF Dr. Paul Nassif is going to be a dad again. He confirmed the news he's expecting a baby with his wife Brittany just this week.
Heather was definitely excited and didn't skimp on the heart emojis. She commented, "So exciting!!!"
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum also commented on Brittany's Instagram announcement, adding, "So excited for you guys !!!"
Paul's Botched co-star Terry, on the other hand, kept his response sassy, per usual: "Yay!! Congratulations!!!! The big question of course will be: who will gain more weight, you or Brittany?"
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave liked Paul's Instagram — and other Housewives couldn't contain their excitement, either, taking to social media to show the couple some baby love.

Paul and Brittany married last October. The newlyweds aren't just about to have their first child together; they also recently welcomed a puppy into their growing family. This will be the fourth child for Paul, who has three sons, Gavin, Christian and Collin, with RHOBH alum Adrienne Maloof.
