Kathy Hilton Meets Paris Hilton's Son in Paris in Love Trailer: "Are You Serious?"
Cameras were rolling as Paris Hilton's family learned about her secret pregnancy.
Paris Hilton continues to bare all in the Peacock Original Paris in Love.
In a trailer for the upcoming second season, the reality star confirms that those headlines about her secret pregnancy are true.
"I've given my whole life to everyone for so long," Paris says in the trailer. "It's just been really important to me to keep it a secret. It's the first time that something is just mine."
That something is her baby boy Phoenix Barron, who was born in Jan. 16, 2023, via surrogate. Paris and husband Carter Reum kept their little one's arrival a secret for more than a week, not even telling her mother Kathy Hilton or sister Nicky Hilton. And judging by the trailer, it seems cameras were rolling when the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills friend met her grandson for the very first time.
"Are you serious?" Kathy exclaims as she's handed Phoenix, wrapped in a navy blue blanket.

As for Nicky, it seems she found out via FaceTime. As Paris angles her phone at a sleeping Phoenix, Nicky questions, "What is that? Is that real?"

But as Paris starts a new chapter in her life, old stories from her past come back to haunt her after releasing her book Paris: The Memoir. In the bombshell novel, the pop icon reveals shocking stories from her youth that even her parents had never heard.
"It's not an easy subject," Paris says of her decision to publicly reveal these heartbreaking moments.
But Paris and her family will have to deal with past secrets coming to light. In an emotional encounter, Kathy cries as Nicky tells Paris, "It's not right for us to just read about it in the media."
