See Every Stunning Detail of Nicole Martin's "Parisian-Chic" Baby Shower Planned by Guerdy Abraira
The Real Housewives of Miami cast member celebrated her daughter due next month with an incredible party.
Dr. Nicole Martin is getting ready to welcome her second child, and The Real Housewives of Miami cast member just had a fabulous baby shower to celebrate — with every detail planned by Guerdy Abraira, of course.
"It was an honor to be a part of my best friend's baby shower. We would not have wanted it any other way," Guerdy told The Daily Dish via email. "It’s interesting that in the very beginning of meeting each other years ago, we had the mindset that we would never mix business with pleasure. However, there are dynamics where it actually works, and this is the perfect example."
"The trust that Nicole has in me and I [have] in her is unique," she continued. "I would do for her as I would do onto myself, and that is the motto that we live by towards each other." Guerdy, a planner and event stylist, quipped that Nicole's daughter is "getting GUERDYFIED right from the start!"
Nicole told The Daily Dish that because she has "been surrounded by cars, trucks, dinosaurs and sports" while raising her 5-year-old son, Greyson, "with a baby girl on the way, it's been fun looking at nursery decor that is a bit more feminine."
"I love florals and pastels — think French, Parisian-chic," she said. "This has been my inspiration for our nursery, and Guerdy ran with the idea for the baby shower."

Details of Nicole Martin's baby shower
The March 17 celebration took place at Fisher Island Club on "a beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean and Miami skyline," Nicole shared. "We wanted to tap into the vibe of my nursery with lots of florals and pastels. Envision a Ladurée macaroon French bakery storefront — that's the feel and color palette we envisioned."
Nicole explained that Guerdy brought her vision to life with many "special details," such as a "creative baby-naming game" in which people guessed the baby's name from multiple options printed on cocktail napkins. Nicole revealed at the event that she and Anthony Lopez chose Genevieve Nicole as the baby's name.
Other incredible details included "Baby G's Garden," where guests were able to make their own floral bouquets and "personalized custom bottles of Veuve champagne adorned with pink velvet ribbons served by waiters wearing custom pink polka-dot suspenders and bow ties." We know Housewives love an over-the-top cake, and Nicole's gorgeous confection created by Elegant Temptations was no exception.
The full production of the day was done by Gilded Group, with a setup that included "custom-made tables with custom embroidered napkins," Nicole shared. For her special day, Nicole wore a purple minidress by NBD and Aquazzura shoes.
Photographer Jessica Vilchez and videographer Kristen Mayoral were there to capture every moment of Nicole's celebration with her loved ones, including Julia Lemigova, Adriana de Moura, and Lisa Hochstein.
"I am over the moon to be celebrating our baby girl with my closest friends and family, and as such I wanted to gift my guests something very special to me — my 'other baby,' so to speak," Nicole told The Daily Dish. "A hand-wrapped box with all of the products in my new skincare line, Exoceuticals. All my friends and family have been incredibly supportive of my pregnancy, my career, my time on RHOM, and now my skincare line. It only felt appropriate to share it first with them."
Nicole Martin shares her excitement for her daughter's arrival
As Nicole gets ready to welcome her daughter, she is "excited to see Greyson step into his role as a big brother."
She added, "He’s an incredibly kind and loving boy who I know will make an amazing brother! I’m also excited about having a little girl and playing dress-up! She already has a drawer full of bows and headbands!"
