Morgan Wade Claps Back at People Trying to Pick Apart Her Songs Over Kyle Richards “Gossip”
The country musician, who is Kyle Richards' BFF, addressed their relationship in a new interview about her album Obsessed — kinda.
Kyle Richards' new and close friendship with country singer, Morgan Wade, was heavily discussed throughout The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13. But, Morgan is now speaking out about their friendship for one of the first times... well, sort of.
As you might recall, Kyle's fellow RHOBH cast members were confused by their friendship, especially since the duo shared a kiss in Morgan's music video for her song, "Fall in Love With Me." Kyle has stated time and time again that they are just friends — even amid her split from husband, Mauricio Umansky. Here's how Morgan feels about all the speculation about their friendship.
Why Morgan Wade Won't Comment on Her Friendship with Kyle Richards
The country singer, who is planning on releasing her new studio album, Obsessed, on Aug. 16, told Rolling Stone that she won't publicly talk about her friendship with Kyle. "I don't comment because I don't f-cking have to," she said.
"I put out music, do with it what you will," she added. "My true fans are going to focus on that."
Are Morgan Wade's songs about Kyle Richards?
If they are, she won't let her listeners know either way. Morgan told the publication that she no longer cares if her listeners or RHOBH viewers think that her songs are about Kyle.
"I could write a song about a piece of paper, and they would find a way to make it into something salacious," she said. "But I'm not going to hide my art because of people's gossip. I'm over that."

Although Morgan is playing coy about their friendship, rest assured that Kyle and Morgan are still close. Kyle has been active in the comments of Morgan's Instagram feed, leaving her fire emojis, heart emojis, and clapping emojis to show her support for her and her career.
But they still get in some time to hang out with one another, too. Kyle and Morgan were spotted out with one another in Los Angeles in late May. Although Morgan is typically based in Nashville, Kyle talked about why Morgan was in town during an Amazon Live stream in early June.
"She was actually here doing some work," Kyle explained. "Yeah, it was work stuff, that was it."
