We Bet You Can't Guess Mercedes "MJ" Javid's Favorite Moment of Her Wedding
Here's what you didn't see at the Shahs of Sunset nuptials.
Mercedes "MJ" Javid and Tommy Feight tied the knot on April 21, and we finally got the see the big day for ourselves in the Season 7 finale of Shahs of Sunset Thursday night. Just like every Shahs shindig, these nuptials did not disappoint. There was glitz, glamour, surprises, and even a little bit of drama. We mean, this is Shahs of Sunset we're talking about here!
MJ told The Daily Dish earlier this season that she "felt like a princess" on her and Tommy's big day, and we think you'll all agree that she definitely looked like one, too. However, MJ's favorite part of her wedding had nothing to do with her dress, cake, or reception. It was the look on Tommy's face when she walked down the aisle. "Tommy was beaming with happiness," she gushed during an interview with The Daily Dish. "It was like the sparks of the Fourth of July coming out of his face, and that, to me, was the ultimate, that was the goal of the wedding day."

In the lead-up to the Shahs of Sunset season finale, MJ has been sharing behind-the-scenes snaps of her wedding on Instagram throughout the week. "So many emotions, looking back on this day," she reflected in one post. "The room was full of love and I was out of my mind."
MJ gets prepped for her walk down the aisle with a little help from Reza and her glam squad.
MJ honored her late father, Shams Javid, during the wedding by incorporating his name in her veil, as well as dedicating a part of the reception to all of her and Tommy's loved ones who are no longer with them. MJ also thanked everyone who helped her make her dream wedding a reality, especially after her devastating loss.
"With the passing of my sweet, beloved father, two months prior, I was definitely grieving. My mind was not intact in the way a bride would dream to be on her journey down the aisle," she shared on Instagram earlier this week. "Despite that, our INCREDIBLE team showed up for Tommy and I in the most LOVING way ever. We were so BLESSED to have their infinite dedication to every detail and I must say that they executed every single thing PERFECTLY."

Serving as MJ's man of honor was one of Reza Farahan's "proudest moments," he said on Instagram Thursday. "Being @mercedesjavid ‘man of honor’ was an amazing experience and I’ll cherish those memories for a lifetime!" he gushed in the post.
Reza told The Daily Dish earlier this season that seeing MJ walk down the aisle left him speechless. "It was one of those moments where it takes your breath away, and then you have this moment of flashback almost 30 years of our friendship and oh my god, we're f--king old and we're grown and the good old days are over and now we have these ball and chains. No, I'm kidding!" he said. "It was a beautiful moment where it just put everything into perspective. So seeing her come down the aisle was, for me, was that moment."

Tommy is all smiles with his mother-in-law Vida.
And yes, Tommy is still living in wedded bliss with MJ today. "Tonight the whole world is invited to see us take the plunge - I would marry her again today and every day until the end of days," Tommy gushed in a post on Instagram ahead of the Shahs of Sunset Season 7 finale. "She makes me a better man and my heart skips a beat whenever I look at her."

Of course, MJ and Tommy couldn't have gotten married without the whole Shahs squad there. In addition to Reza, Mike Shouhed, Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi, Destiney Rose, Shervin Roohparvar, Nema Vand, and his sister Mona Vand all shared in MJ and Tommy's special day. "What a night!!!! Love is in the air, liquor is [pouring] and this magical wedding has everyone dancing. I love this guy and I’m soooooooo happy @mercedesjavid and @tfeightnyc found each other," Destiney shared on Instagram, along with a photo of herself and Tommy at the wedding. "I’m super honored to be in your lives."
