The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent took to Instagram on August 21 to share a major announcement, which is just the latest in a series of achievements. Tracy’s “Leader of Influence” Honor
On Instagram, Tracy paired an official snapshot with the exciting news about her newest recognition, which comes from the Los Angeles Business Journal.
“Grateful and thrilled to share that I’ve been recognized as a Leader of Influence in real estate by the Los Angeles Business Journal!” Tracy wrote. “Thank you to everyone who’s been a part of this journey — from my team to my clients; the confidence you place in me and our collaborative efforts inspire me to push the limits and bring innovation to the field of real estate.”
Many were quick to offer their congratulations, including none other than The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’s Lisa Barlow.

Both Tracy and her MDLLA castmate Josh Flagg recently partnered with Elite 100 agents, an organization that recognizes the top real estate professionals in the U.S. (and yes, they’re on the list!).
Tracy has also kept busy this summer by doing what she does best: selling properties — including a nearly $18 million home that “took the internet by storm” after going viral.
Tracy Tutor’s Summer
Just this past month, Tracy celebrated her birthday and took a trip to the Hamptons with her daughters, Juliet and Scarlet Maltas (whom she shares with her ex-husband, Jason Maltas).
Tracy turned 48 on August 11 and marked the occasion by sharing a roundup of photos on Instagram, writing in part, “Thank you for all the birthday wishes… so grateful for all of you!”
Then, on August 15, Tracy and her daughters set off for Sag Harbor, New York. She documented some of the trip on her Instagram Stories as they enjoyed a day out and about, getting lunch and doing some shopping. Tracy posted more of the getaway on August 19, captioning the carousel “Hamptons Summer 2023” and adding a red heart.
