The newly engaged pair are rumored to be the newest neighbors in The Oaks community, already home to the Kardashians and NBA star Chris Paul, according to E! News. The site further reports that the deal was brokered by Emil Hartoonian from Mauricio Umansky's The Agency.
The 18,000-square foot home sits on one acre of land and has it all: a sauna, gym, and a home movie theater. The home took five years to build and, until now, has never been on the market. Mariah's deal allows her to lease the house with an option to buy. The Daily Dish has reached out to Emil for comment, but had yet to hear back by press time.
