The Below Deck Mediterranean alum shared a glimpse at her work life today, and it includes Katie Flood.
Since viewers last saw Malia White on Winter House Season 3, she's headed back below deck (well, on deck).
Malia, who also appeared on Seasons 2, 5, and 6 of Below Deck Mediterranean, became an officer of the watch in January 2023, and she hasn't slowed down in her yachting career ever since. Malia just shared a major update on her job on Instagram — and it involves her good pal/castmate, Katie Flood.

What Is Malia White Doing Now?
On April 15, the former Below Deck Med Bosun-turned-officer shared a photo of her "charter profile photo" and a selfie of her looking casual while driving a tender.
She captioned the images, "My charter profile photo versus what I actually look like at work."
Just a day later, Malia shared that she had just finished another charter season in the Caribbean.
"That’s a wrap on the Caribbean season!" she captioned a carousel of photos of her and her fellow crewmates. "Time for us to get this ship across the Atlantic for a Med Summer!"
After the season concluded, Malia embarked on an Atlantic Crossing — featuring a very familiar face.
Malia White and Katie Flood's Friendship Today
After working together on Below Deck Med Season 6, Malia and chief stew Katie Flood became the best of friends. When the two aren't working together on deck, they're living together in an apartment.
The two have showcased their friendship on their respective social media feeds, and their connection was further highlighted on Winter House Season 3.
Malia wasn't the only one who just finished a charter season in the Caribbean. Katie was on the boat as well.
The besties are even completing the Crossing together as well.
Katie posted an Instagram Story showing Malia in her element on deck. "Wooohoo!" Katie captioned the shot. "Off on our Atlantic Crossing." Malia re-shared the image on her own page.
Malia also posted a Story to reveal how she and Katie were feeling about going 10 days without seeing land.
"I'm excited, Katie's not," Malia said.
"Pray for me," Katie joked.
