Lisa Barlow Reveals Fresh Wolf’s Latest Initiative has a Connection to Her Husband’s Past
The RHOSLC cast member opened up about the important meaning behind her family's latest business endeavor.
Lisa Barlow is raising mini moguls. On the February 3 Season 1 finale of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, the cast member proved that she’s passing her entrepreneurial spirit along to her two sons, Jack and Henry. Together, they’ve created a line of luxury men’s grooming products called Fresh Wolf.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Lisa explained that the grooming line is more than just a way for her sons to gain professional experience: it’s also a way to give back to a cause that’s near and dear to her husband, John.
“My whole world. Jack and Henry created [Fresh Wolf Products] with a giveback,” Lisa explained in a caption alongside a sweet photo of her sons and husband. “John was given up at birth, adopted, returned — did a short stay in foster care, and then adopted again. We give a 2-1 shampoo/conditioner to displaced youth and foster for every unit sold. Let’s [Color Utah Purple] and help other foster families and kids.”
The purpose behind the initiative was explained further on the Fresh Wolf Instagram account, in a January 19 post featuring John holding a bottle of the company’s shampoo. “We are all about teaching each generation good grooming habits. We want everyone to have that example, no matter their circumstances. With every unit purchased, we donate to youth in foster care so that they can have luxury grooming products of their own.”
