Kyle Richards may have a fashion line of her own these days, but according to Lena Dunham, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member has been doling out helpful style tips for quite some time. Lena shared an adorable anecdote about Kyle when she virtually appeared as a guest on the May 11 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen: @ Home.

How to Watch

During a game of “Going Bravo-listic,” which you can watch in the video above, Andy Cohen asked Lena to explain why a number of The Real Housewives cast members are not crazy. When it came time to defend Kyle, Lena pulled out a story about an unexpected moment from her teen years.

“I know why Kyle Richards isn’t crazy. It’s because she is sweet as sugar,” explained Lena. “When I came out to LA for the first time when I was 17, and I was sitting in Neiman Marcus trying to find a pair of shoes that were appropriate for a little party I was invited to, she talked to me for 45 minutes and then said, ‘This might not be the store for you. I’m going to text my niece, Paris, and recommend another place.’”

Lena also noted that for Kyle, this truly was just a random act of kindness. The two women definitely did not know each other at the time. “I was just some random child!” said Lena.

During the game, Lena also shared her opinion of The Real Housewives of New York City cast member Ramona Singer

“Ramona is a practical woman who knows how to exert boundaries. She knows when to say no,” Lena pointed out. “She knows ‘no’ is a complete sentence.”
