Lala Kent Reveals the “Over-the-Top” Baby Gift She Got From Lisa Vanderpump
The new mom also dished on how her loved ones—including Randall’s older daughters—are adjusting to life with a newborn.
Taking care of a newborn is no easy feat, as Lala Kent has been sharing throughout her journey as a new mom to baby Ocean Kent Emmett. But it sounds like the Vanderpump Rules cast member also has a pretty solid support system, which she gushed about during the May 10 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
When asked what kind of present she was gifted by Lisa Vanderpump to celebrate Ocean’s arrival, Lala explained, “Oh my gosh, she got me a plethora of things. She got me cute hangers, she got me pillows, she got me clothing. Her gift was over-the-top.”
The Daily Dish caught up with Lisa just hours after Lala shared the news of Ocean’s birth on March 15, and at the time, she shared her plans to congratulate the new mom. “The last thing I think people want is to be bombarded with phone calls when they’ve just had a baby. I think she just needs to relax and recover, because it’s a lot bringing another person into the world,” she said. “But I will definitely be sending them flowers and speaking to Randall, I’m sure, at some stage today or tomorrow.”
Lala also has an extra set of hands at home and mentioned that she’s getting lots of help from Randall’s daughter from a previous relationship.
“Rylee, who is 7, is obsessed [with Ocean] and she is the best helper anyone could ask for. And the 11-year-old just wants to talk to boys in her room, so I allow her to do that,” Lala shared, to which Andy added, “Who can blame her? That’s what I like to do, too.”
