Here's Why Kyle Richards Posted an Unexpected Throwback Photo with Dorit Kemsley

Kyle Richards might have fallen out with Dorit Kemsley after The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13 Reunion, but she is still finding ways to celebrate her.
The Season 13 reunion found the former friends at a crossroads in their relationship after they had drifted apart and hadn't spoken to one another in months. Still Kyle posted a group photo, featuring Dorit, to her Instagram feed earlier this month, in honor of her birthday.

In the photo, Kyle can be seen standing with Dorit and fellow RHOBH cast member, Erika Jayne, alongside RHOBH alums, Lisa Rinna and Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave. This photo was taken after the helicopter ride in France in Season 9 Episode 19, as seen in the video above.
The one thing that every person in the photo (besides Kyle) has in common is that they were all born in July. Kyle took to the caption, celebrating every woman (including Dorit) in the picture, noting that "this [goat] is always surrounded by so many [crabs]."
"Happy Cancer season and happy birthday to these [crabs]," Kyle captioned the photo, along with the birthday cake and balloon emojis, which she posted on July 10. "Today is Erika's actual birthday."
Speaking of Lisa's birthday, Kyle and Dorit were later seen out together celebrating their friend's big day earlier this month.

When is Dorit Kemsley's birthday?
Dorit's birthday, for the record, falls on July 14. To mark the day, Dorit posted a photo of herself looking fab and captioned it, "It's a bad bitches birthday," Dorit wrote in the caption of the post. PK commented: "Happy Bday" accompanied with a heart and a clapping emoji.
Several friends, including Kathy Hilton, also took to the comments of the post. "YESSSS MAMA!!!!!! GIVE DEM PEPPEH!!!!!!!," she wrote. RHOBH newbie, Bozoma Saint John, wrote in the comments of the post. "Happy Birthday!!"
Kyle Richards' comments on Dorit Kemsley and Paul "PK" Kemsley's separation
Although their friendship has been on the rocks, Kyle has continued to be supportive of Dorit from afar as she goes through her separation from her husband, Paul "PK" Kemsley. "I feel bad for them," Kyle said during a May 15 Amazon Live stream. "You know, going through that is difficult enough without everybody wanting to know all the details. So, you know, I feel terribly for them."
During a May 30 Amazon Live stream, Kyle revealed that she wants to be there for Dorit when the time is right. "But, you know, I have hope to eventually be able to be there for her," she admitted. "That would be nice, [but] right now we have things, obviously, to work through."
In an interview with Us Weekly on June 20, Kyle reiterated that things have changed between her and Dorit. "The dynamics have shifted tremendously this year," she said, noting that neither of them have been supporting each other in their marriage separations. "Unfortunately, that's not where we're at right now in our relationship," she added. "We're both going through different but similar situations. So, it is unfortunate that we're in this position."
