Kyle Richards Surprised with Flawless Diamonds from Her Hubby on their Wedding Anniversary
The #RHOBH hubby celebrated the couple's 20 years together from afar while Kyle was on #WWHL.
Prepare to swoon. To celebrate 20 years of wedded bliss, Mauricio Umansky sent his lady love, Kyle Richards, a beautiful set of diamond earrings during her appearance on Watch What Happens Live on Tuesday. Although their actual wedding anniversary falls on January 20, the real estate mogul surprised his Real Housewives of Beverly Hills partner with the bling from afar (he's in L.A. working, while she's in NYC). And there's a good reason he settled on those impressive diamond earrings. "He said he chose flawless diamonds for his flawless wife," WWHL host Andy Cohen relayed.
So, how did Mauricio know those were the earrings that would cause Kyle to cry tears of joy? Well, she actually spotted them months ago. "Oh my God! Oh my God! We were filming an episode in New York at the Lyme disease gala [in October]. Martin Katz designed these earrings that Bella [Hadid] wore and modeled when her mom [Yolanda Foster] got up and spoke and I fell in love with them." (Mauricio gets extra points for remembering she loved those earrings.)
They won't spend their actual anniversary together, but Mauricio was in NYC over the weekend with Kyle and their daughters, Alexia, Sophia, and Portia. "We had a great weekend. We had an amazing, amazing time," Mauricio told the Daily Dish just hours ahead of the big surprise. Their family trip included walking around the streets of NYC and taking in the sights, as well as riding in a horse-drawn carriage.
Mauricio also gushed about working with his wife to on a film to help sell a $45 million home listed by his firm The Agency. "It's another one of those dream situations where I pinch myself," he said. "Tomorrow I'll be 20 years married and I love to be with my wife and spend time with her. The fact that we can both be in each other's business and have fun doing it, I can't think of a more dreamy situation."
Kyle also headed to Instagram to open up about her enduring marriage. "20 years ago today I married my soul mate," she wrote. "Happy Anniversary @mumansky18 I love you #forever."
RHOBH pal Adrienne Maloof sent well wishes to the couple.
