On the heels of her holiday movie premiereThe Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom provided a glimpse at her Encino home’s festive refresh — specifically, her fall-ready portico. Kyle showed off the outdoor space in a September 27 Instagram photo originally shared by her daughter Sophia Umansky

The image captured Kyle and the family’s Bernese Mountain Dog sitting outside the home entrance, which gave off a welcoming autumn look.

Although there were small touches of spookiness, Kyle took an elegant, pared-back approach when decorating the space for the new season. She placed a “Hello Fall” vertical sign under the exterior light, a beige wheat wreath on her door, and a pair of gothic-inspired planters near the pillars. Kyle adorned the latter pieces with faux Jack o’ lanterns as well as artificial florals and leaves painted black and orange.

Kyle’s love for holiday decor has been well-documented over the years. Back in 2023, she gave fans a peek at her incredible Halloween-themed tablescape, which included velvet pumpkins, bat-shaped place cards, skull salt and pepper shakers, and a pitch-black runner.

The Beverly Hills ’Wife spoke about her Halloween decor in a 2022 interview with CNN, where she shared some of her spooky season must-haves, including faux pumpkins.

“I’d go out to a pumpkin patch and buy these pumpkins — then the dogs and squirrels would eat them. I couldn’t deal!” she said, adding that she now prefers “water-resistant pre-lit lanterns.” “My kids are not at an age where they want to carve a pumpkin with me anymore, which is depressing. They can’t be bothered!’

General Views of Alexia Umansky's front porch decorated for fall

Kyle’s daughters also share their mother’s love for the spooky season. In early September, Alexia Umansky posted a series of Instagram Stories highlighting her decorated front porch. The real estate agent — who lives with her longtime boyfriend, Jake Zingerman — elevated the space with a “broom parking” stand; a sunflower wreath; a little alien figurine; and, yes, fake pumpkins.

Less than two weeks later, Alexia’s younger sister Sophia Umansky hosted a “fall-themed girls’ night” at Kyle’s home. She documented the night in a September 21 TikTok video, beginning with her preparations.

“Come with me to set up for a fall-themed girls’ night,” she said in the mini vlog. “I wanted to do some arts and crafts — paint some pumpkins, paint some wine glasses. So I went to Target [and] got a candle; some Halloween candies, [and] some alcohol, obviously. Then I got the wine glasses we would be painting.”

In addition to the craft projects, Sophia treated her guests to wine, some snacks, and a horror movie.

“This is your sign to have a fall themed girls night,” she captioned the video.
