Kyle Richards Has Moved — and Now We Know Why

When it comes to knowing about all the hot properties on the market in Los Angeles, Kyle Richards has the inside scoop thanks to her hubby Mauricio Umansky. And that insider knowledge ended up having The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom make a pretty major life decision. As it turns out, she and her family have moved to San Fernando Valley. And, now we know why.

The home that Kyle eventually fell for was being listed by Mauricio, she shared with Entertainment Tonight, adding, “We went into this house and I went, 'Oh my gosh.' I was completely blown away, because it's not like anything you would see in Los Angeles, normally. I just fell in love, and my husband did, too.”

Once they knew they were interested in the home, they gave a call to their BFF and interior designer, Faye Resnick, to get her opinion on the nearly 11,000-square-foot mansion once owned by legendary singer Smokey Robinson. Kyle recalled, “I said, ‘You have to come and help us make this decision.’ And she walked in, and she said, 'I have goosebumps everywhere; we need this home.' Guess we're moving!”
