Kyle Richards' Daughter Sophia Umansky Doing Much Better After a Health Scare
The RHOBH daughter ended up in the hospital right before Mother's Day.
Just before Mother's Day, Kyle Richards lived every mother's worst nightmare when she got a call from her daughter, Sophia Umansky, who was not feeling well and needed to go to the hospital. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom shared the scary news while she was mid-flight. (Sophia goes to college in Washington D.C. and it's unclear when and where Kyle was flying to and from at the time she shared the news on social media.)
"My daughter Sophia called crying. Had a fever of 106 [degrees] (according to 2 thermometers). She’s in the hospital being cared for," Kyle tweeted. "Please don’t tweet me anything that will stress me. On a plane [and] landing soon. Prayers [and] kindness only please."
Kyle later confirmed that all was fine with her daughter, who was even with her mom on Mother's Day, in footage posted by Kyle on Instagram Stories. "She’s much better!!! Thank you so much!" Kyle shared with fans.
As for her mama, Sophia shared, "Happy Mother’s Day to my best friend, soul mate, and other half. I promise you she’s the best mom in the whole world! Raised four amazing ladies if I do say so myself and she would do anything and everything for each one of us. We are her world and she is ours!"
