Kenya Moore Reveals How She's Losing 10 Pounds
The Atlanta Housewife is pledging to lose 5 pounds a week.
Looks like Kenya Moore is twirling her way to a slimmed-down figure. On the 4th of July, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star announced her plan to lose 5 pounds a week for two consecutive weeks.
When Kenya hit the red carpet for the BET Awards recently, it was hard to see any room for improvement but, the "Booty Boot Camp" instructor had been indulging a bit in recent weeks. Kenya recently captioned an Instagram photo of herself holding several treats, "All my desserts. #dontjudgeme" and shared this pic waiting for a chocolate-dipped cone from NYC's Mister Softee truck.
But since making her declaration, Kenya has been sharing weight loss tips and meal suggestions with her fans. On Tuesday, she posted her "detox lunch" - a healthy helping of grilled salmon and raw spinach.
That night for dinner, she posted another seafood meal - blackened tilapia with spicy collard greens along with a tip: "Don't eat 3 hours before bed," suggesting instead, "drink full [glass] of water with lemon."
