Kathryn Dennis Just Had a Major Southern Charm Reunion: “Love My Boys”
Kathryn shared another update on her friendships with Southern Charm's Shep Rose and Craig Conover.
Kathryn Dennis is showing love to her fellow Southern Charm OGs.
Nearly a year after confirming her exit from the Bravo series, the mother of two returned to Instagram to share a heartwarming — and amusing — friendship update. Kathryn posted a photo of her smiling ear-to-ear while standing in between her former castmates Craig Conover and Shep Rose, who co-starred alongside Kathryn during Southern Charm’s first eight seasons.
“A good ole fashioned terd sandwich,” she captioned the December 7 post, “love my boys!”

Kathryn didn’t provide any more details about the happy reunion, but it was clear she and her ex-castmates were still on great terms. Shep spoke about his relationship with Kathryn during an exclusive interview with The Daily Dish this year, admitting he had not communicated with her in quite some time.
“I have not seen Kathryn Dennis,” he said during the October chat, “but if I did, I would give her a gigantic hug."

Craig also addressed his and Kathryn’s friendship during his September 22 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, revealing he had not been in contact with the Charleston native.
“I’ve tried [to reach out],” he told host Andy Cohen. “We really miss Kathryn and we hope she’s doing well. And I think there’s an opening, in the future, [for her] to come back. She’s just trying to work her stuff out.”
“Love Kathryn,” Andy added.
Kathryn Dennis announces her Southern Charm exit
The Southern Charm alum announced her departure from the series back in January, nearly 10 years after she made her Bravo debut. She explained her exit in a statement to People magazine, saying she was “grateful” to be a part of the long-running show.
“What a wild ride it’s been! Can you believe I was 21 when I first started filming Southern Charm, back in its first season?” she said. “That was in 2013, and in the decade that followed, it’s safe to say my life changed in ways I could never imagine. It hasn’t always been easy, but I’m so lucky to have had reality cameras there, capturing so many moments that I’ll never forget (and a few, even, that I’d like to). Y’all watched me grow up, become a mom to two amazing children, and build friendships I’ll always treasure. And through it all, the love y’all have shown for me not only gave me the strength I needed to tackle it all, but helped me realize that I wasn’t alone. I’m so grateful.”
