Kandi Burruss Sends Love to Daughter Riley on Her 18th Birthday
The RHOA mom had some sweet words for her daughter, who is currently in quarantine at NYU.
Riley Burruss, who is the daughter of The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member Kandi Burruss, just celebrated a major birthday! The new college freshman is currently quarantined before beginning her first semester of school at New York University, but that didn’t stop Kandi from making the day special from afar.
In a series of Instagram posts featuring some photos from a glamorous shoot Riley did, Kandi sent her eldest daughter lots of love on her 18th birthday.
“My baby girl is 18!!! @RileyBurruss you are my first born, my bestie, my big baby. Intelligent, beautiful, stubborn, determined, and more,” Kandi wrote. “I’m proud of the young woman you’ve become! You’re an adult now, but you’re still my baby and I will always be here for you no matter what! You know I’ll do whatever it takes just to make you smile. I love you! Happy 18th birthday baby girl.”
Kandi’s husband, Todd Tucker, commented on the post with a heartfelt birthday wish, writing, “Happy birthday R&B, wow 18! You are getting old! Lol, I watched you grow from a little girl to a young lady, and watching you grow and evolve has been a blast. Our debates at the kitchen table, priceless! Happy bday and many, many more. I’m excited to see what the next chapter in life has for you and I know like a true LEO you will live it to the fullest.”
In another post featuring a photo of the mother-daughter duo chilling on a lavish golden throne, Kandi wrote, “My heir to the throne is ready for her crown! I love you @rileyburruss!”
Riley shared a photo from the shoot, too, writing, “18!! Thank you to everyone who wished me a happy birthday. I’m so thankful for all the love I received on this special day.” Kandi also posted the photo, adding, “My baby isn’t a baby anymore.”
Fellow RHOA daughter Noelle Robinson commented to wish Riley a wonderful day, writing, “Happy birthday love.”
