Is Kandi Burruss Going to Have More Kids? Dr. Jackie Walters Hopes So
The #Married2Med OBGYN spills on delivering the #RHOA hitmaker's baby Ace.
Married to Medicine's Dr. Jackie Walters had the pleasure of caring for Kandi Burruss throughout her pregnancy, which we saw last season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, as well as delivering her nearly 10-month-old son Ace Wells Tucker in January. And we really do mean it was a pleasure for Dr. Jackie. "Kandi Burruss is one of the absolute best celebrity patients I've had," the Married to Medicine OBGYN told The Daily Dish. "I've had a lot of them, and they all have been great, but Kandi's so easy. She was never super stressed out at her visits. She would come on time. She didn't fuss about having to wait. She's just an easy patient."
No diva behavior here. "If you hadn't known she was a celebrity, the staff loved her, she never complained, and she paid all her bills," Dr. Jackie said (clip above).
Kandi also followed doctor's orders. "Most of the time [she] did exactly what the doctor asked, as far as eating healthy and exercising and being very delicate with her pregnancy, she did most everything I wanted her to do," Dr. Jackie gushed. "I loved taking care of Kandi. She should have four or five more babies."
But if Kandi does decide to have more children in the future, she might want to do her best to avoid all of that drama that can come with being on RHOA. "It was really crazy watching Kandi go through the pregnancy and watching the drama that would take place on Real Housewives, yes. I wanted to just text and call like, 'Get out of there!' Like, 'Don't handle this' and 'Don't handle that,'" Dr. Jackie said. "I was taking notes. I'm gonna put that in your chart. You keep doing this. I'm writing it down. There were fights. Get out of there. Please don't get hit because that means I have to go in tonight."
Luckily, Kandi successfully gave birth to her bouncing baby boy Ace on January 6. "The delivery was wonderful. The mystery was who's the baby gonna look like?" Dr. Jackie shared. "We showed her the baby, and if I can remember Kandi thought like, 'Oooh, he's got mess all on them.' Like, no, Kandi, they don't come out clean. But I can't say anything negative about the experience with Kandi and Todd [Tucker]. Nothing."
