Jennifer Aydin Reflects on Teresa Giudice Not Defending Her: “It's Gotta Change"

Teresa Giudice and Jennifer Aydin's friendship has long been unbreakable, but is the latter Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member's drama with Danielle Cabral about to change that?
It's certainly possible based on the above preview for Season 14, Episode 11 (set to air Sunday, July 21), which sees Jennifer recapping Teresa's attempt to broker a peace deal between her and Danielle.
"Teresa's like, 'You guys are my friends. I just want you to make up,'" Jennifer recalls. "I was just like, 'Do I f-cking tell you to make up with people you don't want to make up with?!' It's like no one's got my back. I told Teresa that night, like, what the f-ck? I shouldn't even have to say anything."

"In the heat of the moment ... this is how you show up," Jennifer continues in a confessional interview, noting that she "never would've expected" Teresa to not defend her.
That said, she's not holding it against her longtime friend — for now, at least. "With Teresa, sometimes you have to tell her," Jennifer adds. "So, I need to tell Teresa how I'm disappointed in how she reacted. And how it's gotta change. Because eventually my autopilot to be there for her will diminish."
Are Jennifer Aydin and Teresa Giudice still friends?
In spite of their RHONJ Season 14 drama over Danielle, all is currently well between Teresa and Jennifer. The latter cast member revealed as much during the July 14 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen while reflecting on the aforementioned drama. As she put it, "This is the thing. Teresa's the type, you know how she always says, 'You need to tell me'? So, once I told her, she realized, and she's like, 'You know what, I'm gonna be more there for you.'"
"Sometimes she just doesn't do anything intentionally, this is just who she is," Jennifer added. "And being her friend, I acknowledge that about her. So we're good. She's one of my best friends."
And yes, that still applies even if Teresa is also friends with Danielle. Jennifer noted this later on during her WWHL appearance, explaining, "From what I know, Teresa and her haven't really been in touch, but Teresa and I respect our decisions to be friends with whoever we want, so we're good."
