See How Jax Taylor and the Rest of the Vanderpump Rules Crew Celebrated Pride Weekend — and a Major Engagement
The SUR crew had a few big reasons to party over the weekend.
Jax Taylor had a lot to celebrate this past weekend. Last Thursday, the SUR bartender proposed to the love of his life — perhaps you've heard? — and Brittany Cartwright happily accepted the cushion-cut sparkler he slipped onto her finger. Naturally, the rest of the Vanderpump Rules crew were ectastic for their lovebird pals, so celebrations were clearly in order.
To make things even more festive, June 10 marked the Los Angeles Pride Parade. And if you know anything about the #PumpRules crew, it's that they celebrate L.A. Pride Weekend like total pros — and in amazing costumes. If you need proof of that, look no farther than the crew's various social media feeds, where the gang posted tons of snaps from the vibrant weekend. But first, a celebratory drink was in order.
Jax and his gang of pals, including Tom Schwartz, toasted the festive weekend with rainbow-hued shots.
Over on her feed, Ariana Madix showed off the whole gang's colorful, spandex-heavy '80s-inspired costumes for the weekend's festivities. Take a moment to drink in all this retro-style glory:
Scheana Shay provided a closer peek at some of those rainbow-bright ensembles.
Katie Maloney-Schwartz shared a photo of the female SURvers, noting in her rainbow-decked caption that she was celebrating "PRIDE with the best."
Earlier, Katie posted a photo of herself with the newly-engaged Brittany.
Over the weekend, Kristen Doute also served up photos from the secret engagement party for Jax and Brittany, and then from the Pride weekend celebrations.
Elsewhere on Instagram, Stassi Schroeder wished her followers a happy Pride, and showed a photo of herself and boyfriend Beau taking part in the colorful festivities.
Lisa Vanderpump herself also got in the spirit, and posted a joyful Pride greeting that served as a virtual toast:
