Kyle Richards Reveals if She's Selling Her Encino Home Amid Separation from Mauricio Umansky
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member cleared up some rumors about her living situation.
Kyle Richards has several fabulous homes in California and Colorado. Following The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member's recent separation from Mauricio Umansky, fans have wondered if the pair will both remain in their shared primary home in the Encino neighborhood of Los Angeles, California, or branch out to separate residences.
Kyle recently hopped on her Instagram page to share a few photos with her family's new puppy, Georgie, and answer fans wondering about her living situation.
Is Kyle Richards selling her home?
In a March 18 Instagram post, Kyle posed with the adorable Georgie on her lap as she lounged in a rocking chair on her home's front porch. "Puppy love," she captioned the series of photos, in which she rocked a pair of white sweats with white fluffy slippers.
In the comments section, a user asked the mom of four if she moved from her Encinco home. "No," Kyle clarified in response. While other followers questioned if the house was "for sale," Kyle put an end to that speculation, writing, "No it's not."

Though Kyle is staying put in her Encino home for the time being, another member of her brood has left the nest: her second oldest daughter, Alexia Umansky, who just moved into her first home with her boyfriend, Jake Zingerman.
In a March 17 Instagram Story, Alexia responded to one of her followers about hte new abode and her feelings about leaving her old home. "Leaving home was really emotional for me...But from night 1 in our new home, that emotion eased."
Alexia added that her "favorite part" about her new home is "how safe and happy" she feels.
Additionally, the realtor added that another member of Kyle and Mauricio's house made a move: one of the family's dogs, Bambi, who's now splitting time between the Encino home and Alexia and Jake's new place.
"She lives at both homes now," Alexia explained. "She's an old lady so she loves the quiet life at mine and Jake's, but she goes back to her brother and sisters every week and has sleepovers."
