Here's How Patricia Altschul Reacted to the Rumor Kathryn Dennis and Whitney Sudler-Smith Hooked Up

In the trailer for Season 6 of Southern Charm, buried in the drama and antics was the gossip that Kathryn Dennis and Whitney Sudler-Smith may have rekindled their old fling and hooked up. In the past, this type of chatter may have gotten under Patricia Altschul's skin given her past tension with Kathryn, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. While neither she nor Kathryn confirmed if the hookup happened, if it did, Patricia is more than cool with it.

"Here, let me answer this, honey. This is what Whitney told me, he said, 'I love Kathryn, we’re good friends, but a southern gentleman would never discuss what he does with a lady,'" Patricia told Entertainment Tonight. "You’re talking about consenting adults. So, who cares? My question is, who cares?"

Kathryn agreed with Patricia and kept equally tight-lipped about the supposed fling: "And a southern lady does not discuss what she does with a southern gentleman."

While Kathryn is currently in a relationship with country singer Hunter Price, neither she nor Patricia would ever be against something more serious brewing between the two one day, especially now that Patricia and Kathryn are BFF. Not that this appears to be in the cards, but they both agree they'd "love" to perhaps one day take their relationship to the next level as mother and daughter-in-law.
